چکیده
Exosomes are a sub-group of extracellular vesicles, playing an important part in cell-cell communication many physiological and pathological conditions. Their size competence for transferring material to recipient cells make them promising nanocarrier clinical use. non-immunogenic nature, similar the body's own structure far superior transporters compared liposomes polymeric nanoparticles. This review, will provide overview exosome biogenesis, biological role, purification methods. The focus this manuscript be summarize specific applications exosomes exosome-mimetics as drug delivery systems pharmaceutical development. We describe drug-loading approaches, vivo vitro tracing methods, modifications examples therapeutic imaging molecules from variety origins. Challenges translation exosome-based carriers use also discussed review.

A decade of metaproteomics: Where we stand and what the future holds
We are living through exciting times during which we are able to unravel the "microbial dark matter" in and around us through the application of high-resolution "meta-omics". Metaproteomics offers the ability to resolve the major catalytic units of microbial populations and thereby allows the establishment of genotype-phenotype linkages from in situ samples. A decade has passed since the term "...
متن کاملThe Hippocampus and Imagining the Future: Where Do We Stand?
Recent neuroimaging work has demonstrated that the hippocampus is engaged when imagining the future, in some cases more than when remembering the past. It is possible that this hippocampal activation reflects recombining details into coherent scenarios and/or the encoding of these scenarios into memory for later use. However, inconsistent findings have emerged from recent studies of future simu...
